Coco Beauty Bar & Medical Spa is locally owned and operated by Elli Bell, a licensed medical aesthetician, nova lash artist, and permanent makeup artist. She has worked in the aesthetic field for the last 10 years, assisting plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists. Elli earned multiple certificates in cosmetic procedures including laser hair removal, IPL, tattoo removal, erbium yag laser peels, Pixel8 RF skin tight, cool sculpting, ulthera, and chemical peel treatments. Elli has a love for aesthetics and wants to help her clients feel beautiful and confident. Elli graduated from Rohrer Laser Aesthetics and The Aveda Institute of Aesthetics in Metairie, LA. She continues to advance in her education and stays up to date on the newest techniques.
Laser treatments and eyelash extensions are some of her favorite services. For over ten years, Elli has worked as a medical aesthetician and lash artist. She first discovered eyelash extensions after having them done herself and loved how glamorous they made her feel. Elli is a Master Lash Artist who has been mentored by lash artists from around the world. She is actively investing in her education to make sure her clients are receiving the most current, advanced techniques and styles along with the highest quality products. Elli is very passionate about her work. Meet Dr. Corey Hébert
Physician
WELCOMING Dr. Corey to the Coco team.
Dr. Corey Hébert is a physician, journalist, and educator practicing in Louisiana and is the Chief Medical Correspondent for WWL-TV, the CBS Affiliate for New Orleans. He is an assistant professor in private practice at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and Tulane University, where he teaches and sees patients in all populations but focuses on healthy lifestyles.
Dr. Hébert was born in Baton Rouge and is a graduate of Catholic High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Upon graduation, he did his internship and residency at Tulane University Medical Center and Charity Hospital of New Orleans.
Dr. Hébert has been featured on national broadcasts including The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Early Show with Harry Smith on CBS, NBC Nightly News, Good Morning America, and The Today Show.
Dr. Hébert is a clinical researcher, having been the principal investigator on over 50 FDA regulated clinical trials, and he is licensed to practice medicine in the State of Louisiana by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners.

Aesthetician/Permanent Make-up Artist
Bella is a Baton Rouge native with experience as a licensed esthetician and permanent makeup artist. She knew she wanted to go into aesthetics after she received her first facial. She takes satisfaction in being able to enhance her client’s natural beauty to inspire confidence from within. Bella loves doing facials, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, event makeup, and all permanent makeup (but especially brows!). Bella approaches every service with a focus on how we can best meet your needs long-term to ensure you stay looking and feeling beautiful until we meet again. And have fun while we do it!
