Make an Appointment

It’s easy to make an appointment – We accept calls and online appointments. We are in the practice of confirming appointments 48 hours prior by email. We will send a text message within 48 hours & phone call within 24 hours as a courtesy, not an obligation.

Please let us know if your email or phone numbers have changed. For all appointments, we require a credit card to place on file and a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold all appointments. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be able to apply your deposit to that future appointment. If you cancel at the last minute or do not show up, the rest of the service cost will be charged.

An email and text message is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder. You will also receive a phone call 24 hours ahead of time to confirm your appointment and avoid a no-show.

Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.

Tardy

If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time, and you will be expected to pay the full-service fee.

Refills

Refills over four weeks past the initial application will be considered a full set and will be charged accordingly.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

Children

Children are asked to remain in the treatment room with you during your service. If you want to make the most of your time at our salon, it would be best for you to leave your children with another caretaker. Our staff is not equipped to provide child care.
